Im willing to try any old/new MMO's which have decent pvp, pretty sure aion is still terrible and zergy and im not interested in wow.

Darkfall Online

though it is very very hard to get into the competetive PvP market at the moment the PvP is fantastic!

though most people don't like the game because you're dropped in the world and have to figure it all out by yourself, which isn't such a big task now with the character development video's made by fans.

but if you think their is no grind to gain skills you're wrong, it'll take a few months to get the skills you want (longer if you're casual) but it's a great game and it really seperates itself from other MMO's for it being full loot PvP, FPS style combat, 3rd and 1st person gameplay, AI controlled mob's, Siege warfare, Sea Combat, land and sea based objectives, player housing.. list is endless.

Shaiya US is a good one, very PvP oriented. Can start PvPing as early as level 15.

Graphics are pretty good and the controls/handling of your characters is very responsive and fluid. None of the clunky robotic feel you get in a lot of MMOs

There are very few MMO games with good PvP.

Mostly its either barely used, rubbishly setup or very one sided - i.e. you get ganked over and over by someone whos spent every waking hours for the last 2 years training skills and googling optimal builds.
