Gloves for weights

In the wetlands...
Hello all,

Does anyone have a solid recommendation of a set of gloves that I can use for weights? Something that they have used that has not impaired grip or been too tight, and can cope with a variety of exercises? We're not talking massively heavy weights or the need for any support, just something to provide a barrier between (cold) bar and skin.

Given COVID I've been doing a lot of outdoor weights sessions, and they're great - but my those bars are a bit cold some mornings, and although I could 'tough it out' I fear next weekend and the predicted minus temperatures are going to make me cry...

I've Googled some review sites, but then the Amazon reviews for their recommendations makes me have second thoughts about suitability.

Bonus points if I can get the gloves in pink.

Thanks!

Cheap = winter work safety gloves (the kind with the latex coating on the palm/fingers)

Slightly less cheap = winter mountain bike gloves

You can get both in pink.
