Go 7900GTX Drivers neede for BioShock

I know there have been updated GFX drivers, both official and unofficial, coming out for Bioshock. I am trying to find some for a Go 7900GTX on Vista 64 bit. Finding drivers for Go series cards is always a right royal pain in the butt imo.... can anyone help point me in the right direction?

Thanks, I actually found these ones myself but couldn't figure out how to install them properly. It says "use pre-packaged drivers from this site", but I couldn't find any???
