I see quite a few people doing it at uni. I don't get it really, it takes 1 minute to put something on.

Hmpf, I avoid going out because I cba to get dressed on many days.

Of all the things related to sleep the evening rituals and morning rituals like getting dressed/brush teeth/shower/wash are the worst, dread it every day

Yesterday during the sudden heavy rainfall, I had to run out of my girlfriends house to shut my sunroof, wearing nothing but her pink dressing down that barely went to my knees. One gust of wind and I would have lost the tiny last bit of dignity I had left

Been there too.

I never go out unless I'm showered and clothed. The only exception to that is when walking home with a hangover from someone else's house, then I'll shower at home.

I aint putting clean clothes on if i haven't showered, thats just making the clothes dirty.

Plus sometimes you just wanna go buy something and go back to bed.

Back home in Australia it is not uncommon to see parents doing some late night supermarket shopping with kids in pjs tagging along.

I have a mate who lives down the same street as a little shop, i walked down to the shop from his in my boxers once to buy some cigarettes and bacon before, it's like 3 doors down so i didn't think it was worth putting clothes on.
That is my pjs usually, my boxers, unless i'm at home then it's naked (and i wouldn't go out in that).

You were at a mates house wearing only boxers?

My wife occasionally goes out in PJs with a coat or jumper over the top if it's something quick like taking the rubbish out. But then she's weird and frequently stays in her PJs until the late afternoon if not going out.

I'd deduce most people are popping to the shops for breakfast stuff so will do it all after breakfast.

I feel strange sitting in the front room in my dressing gown, so would I go outside in my PJs? No, especially not as I sleep in the buff.
