Going portsmouth university in september..

Ok, well ive decided that for a while now ive wanted to get into property or a similar type of business.. Would a property development degree give me much prospects in the job market? Also obviously i would like to set up my own property development business but how does one go about getting the funds for it?

And has anyone been to portsmouth university and is it any good? cheers

Property Development is something you need capital for not a degree. It's typically a self employed thing, you dont get a salaried position as a property developer surely unless you want to be... a builder?

Portsmouth uni is good, but no idea if they do property development or anything remotely similar, and as [TW]Fox said, it's more an investment business as opposed to a skill to learn
