Going to look at a car today, things to look out for?

Well, going to look at a car today, it will be my first car and I'm just wondering what main things should I be looking at to make sure that the car is in good condition?

The car in question is a 2002 Focus Zetec 1.6, 75 miles. It's up for less than I thought it would be but it is on show at a Honda dealers which makes me think it's a part exchange which they aren't looking to make amazing amounts of profit on.

That sounds quite high. Id of thought every 5 years or 60k miles personally. Certainly wouldnt leave it till 100k or 10 years.

its spose to be something like 100k or 10 years yes, but theyve had many go before that so i think haynes recommend every 40k or something, or at least make sure its had one before the 70k mark.
