You dont actually need a program for the mac, the built in one with the mac is very good as it is!

I have got toast but the built in one is free!

Aye, Toast is good (have it myself) however for basic data burning OS X does a pretty good job itself.. the one thing that bugs me about it is the verification stage that it likes to perform after every burn!
