Good co-op games?

Looking for some good co-op games to play with my girlfriend over steam. Preferably taking advantage of the xbox controller.

Games that are fun and exciting. Nothing serious.

Racing karts, tomb raider GOL we have. Anything else spring to mind.

VS games are also good. Play against each other. Fun racing games for e.g.

Pretty cool suggestions. However, was more looking towards the fun side of games. When I say fun. I mean, animated or relaxing. Not so much in your face explosions and zombies. Something that could possibly make you laugh or smile.

I was going to suggest CS:S but obviously that is not what you are looking for. Why don't you take a look with your girl friend at the Steam store and pick some between yourselves too?

That's exactly what I've been doing. Nothing is jumping out at me however. Theres so many of those dungeony medeival type games. Can't stand them.

Not looking for local co-op. More of, when she's in her house and I'm in mine. We can play across the net.
