Don't risk a new build with a cheap power supply. Is the one above called power extreme ?

They are both the same price, same size, same response time.. anything important I can't see that differs between the both? or are they both the same?

Yeah it is

The PSU is the most important part of your PC. Don't risk your system with a cheap non branded item. Also 850W is way overkill for your spec. Something like this would be better.

Not seen any reviews on the case but this is mainly personal preference.

It is being sold by Tesco so that should give you the answer I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole if it was my build.

NO! don't even think about it.

Your system will pull around 250w from the mains max at full load.

Anyone here with a gaming pc similar/better than my build have a psu less than 600W ?

I run a overclocked i7 2700k @ 4.4ghz, custom water, GTX 670 Gigabyte Windforce GPU, several hard drives and a SSD and this pulls 330w from the mains at full load.

Its a nice monitor, but it doesn't have the specs i'm looking for :/ Wanted 2 ms response time, 5,000,000 contrast ratio
