So I've had a Wii since launch, and while I love it to bits, I keep realising that all I've really got in terms of decent four-player games is Sports and Bomberman. I keep meaning to get a couple more Wavebirds so we can play the old GC Warioware and Mario Kart(s), but what else in terms of straightforward Wii four-player (we have four remotes) games is there?

I know there's Mario Party, and I've already got Warioware, but it's just not that great in all honesty. Since internet review sites generally suck for reviewing offline multiplayer games, what would you guys recommend to get? I'm open to anything really.

Rayman, tis like warioware but the games are less fast paced and make more sense. Warioware sucks for multiplayer with people that aren't totally aware of whats going on cos its so utterly confusing.

Erm... thats it i guess.

Oh yeah I played Rayman too, it was fun, but again, it didn't feel that great.

I'm quite suprised by the lack of decent multiplayer games on the Wii so far. I mean, obviously there's still Brawl and Kart to come, but where's Four Swords and Crystal Chronicles and Soul Calibur 2 and a Monkey Ball that isn't a damned hash?

Wait till Chirstmas time for some good multiplayer games.

Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 and Mario & Sonic at the Olympics are both out before Christmas. One of them is sure to be to your liking!

Agree with danny, mario party 8, omg we attempted to play 50 turns!!

We got to about 30 then I gave up. It is fun tho.

Like shaken the can till the time runs out to see who fires it further in air.

It could and should have been brilliant but it's just toooooo slow. I'd rather all the mini games were pre unlocked as well.

You can just do the mini games without the game board too cant you?

Saves all the monotonous rolling dice and all that daftness

Yeah think you have to unlock them in the maain before you can jsut play them ad hoc

I thought so which was gutting as the main game was dull and we just wanted to try the small games. The Mrs tried to play through to unlock them but she gave up with the main games pace.

It's possible, when I played at my m8's they were already unlocked. It wasn't something I had thought about. Im sure
I can remember him saying you could just pick what you wanted but obviously they had been unlocked.
