Good socket 1156 motherboard?

Can anyone suggest a good socket 1156 motherboard for under £150? (needs to be able to overclock well aswell)

Gigabyte GA P55 UD5, overclocks well (have an 860 @4.1GHz (HT enabled), 4.45GHz with HT disabled on this board), also good range of features...
