Edit: I should say motion sickness would also potentially treated by medicines that would cause drowsiness, hallucinations and other things you wouldn't want a soldier to have.
You don't always need medication to combat motion sickness or nausea though...whatever the science might say, I found Seabands (or equivalent) to work and they have no real side effects.
Would it not depend on the individual anyway, for example not all soldiers can be snipers for example because they get nausea due to the disorientation that can happen when spending long periods looking through some scopes, and the spotters can also suffer from the same with Binos etc.....A sniper would be more likely to acclimatise to such a system surely?
