if you bought during the pre-order period and from a participating retailer, then yes between 14 to 45 days of purchase

Has anyone elses OCUK forum website bugged out for them?? My notification box+ search box+ account settings have all mushed together making it impossible to click on any of them

I suppose you have to wait a wee bit longer as I claimed on the 5th.
My initial claim was rejected on 11/11. The order confirmation from EE had no mention of the 6 pro, I had to then upload the shipping confirmation which mentioned the phone model etc and when it was shipped and received by me. I called up support as soon as I uploaded the documents and the claim was accepted on the 11th of Nov.

Yes but as someone else said you will receive a text and email when its been dispatched so checking the claim site is a bit pointless.
