Possibly but i stand by my original opinion.

The collision could have been avoid if the op had been paying attention to where he was going and not a pointless check in the mirror to look at a parked car.

FWIW, I have stopped a heavier and older bike travelling @ 35mph-ish in less distance.

Indeed.

Like i said on the facebook page. The video shows clearly that the BMW is at fault, so that's great.

However, people are watching that video as if that's exactly what you're seeing..... retards! lol.
