Had this board for 2 weeks+ now after having to RMA the Asus P8P67 Pro.
Checked the spec and searched the net for any info I could find, two things stood out 1. The spec on the board is far better than other boards for the same price. 2. Nobody seemed to be suffering stability issues, unlike most other boards.
The board was installed with bios v 1.10, even this was stable, on the Asrock site they had already released v1.20 this I also found to be stable.
The thing that was missing was the "Internal PLL Overvoltage" for those that wanted to overclock, Intel had been a bit naughty and not released the instruction for this to the board maufacturers although they had it on their own boards on release date.
The bios I am using is the L1.33A which includes the following.
1. Add Vcore maximum to 1.7V.
2. BCLK interval change to 0.1 MHz.
3. Add "Internal PLL Overvoltage" to improve K series CPU OC capability.
4. Add screen capture function in BIOS setup. Press F12 to capture.
The next bios which should be released next week has the following.
1. Add Memory channel info in BIOS.
2. Add print BIOS screen function.
3. Update "ME" and MRC code.
Here are a couple of screenshots taken from within the bios.
Whilst the Asrock UEFI is not as flashy as some it is very functional, you can use both the mouse and keyboard.
In the future the GUI can be changed as there is the ability to do this within the UEFI.
So far this has been a fantastic board packed with lots of features and aditional software including the XFast usb software and the AXTU tuning utility plus others.
If I had to buy another P67 board again I wouldn't hesitate on buying either the Extrene6 or the Extreme4.
