Yeah this. You'll do some phones, but not 100%. Probably the escalated calls. You'll get to work on projects too.

I used to work in a call center for Choice and Kays back in 97 when i went back to college. It wasn't too bad, and the amount of dirty housewife's that would flirt with you was ridiculous.
