Got stupid money to spend on a pc

i've been given 2.5k to spend on a pc.....don't ask!


...my question is where to spend the money...i need everything pretty much...


.but where should i spend my money...an expensive cpu?...watercooling?...hard drives?...monitors?...or just randomn acessories
