Because they've cottoned on to the fact we want them like a donkey wants a carrot.
So now they dangle them in front of us and make us jump through hoops to get them (pre-order, newsletter, sign away our soul, ect...).

Well im off to the london game expo tomorrow so i can wait till then to play the demo plus ive also pre ordered the GOW collection so hopefully the demo will come with that.

Played it at the expo today and it was by far the best game there, hard to tell how long it was as I was engrossed and felt eye looking over my shoulder "rushing" me, but I reckon I played it for a bout 15-20 mins (twice!) to completion.

If anyone has a code, could they give me a shout before they use it and see if it is "shareable".

Demo on District 9 Blu-Ray is only confirmed for USA release (Confirmed in the comments section on EU Blog).

As usual EU people left hanging. The guy on the blog says SCEE will announce their plans for God of War 3 (ultimate edition, demo etc) and the GoW 1/2 collection soon, but not now. Trying to disuade people from importing, no doubt.

Also the USA release of the collection has been delayed form Nov 10, to Nov 17, for anyone importing.

Why can't these people get international releases right? Same with Demon's souls. I would love it, but I am not big on paying full price for games - call me cheap

Though having said that, I guess I did pay full price recently for Uncharted 2 and Forza 3...

Most Blu-Ray films are region free so if were lucky with it that will be too so import it.

Just checked, District 9 Blu-Ray comes out on Dec 29th (USA), For non film fans, easier to import God of War collection which comes with a demo voucher on 17th Nov. Although I am sure no-one will buy a film or game they don't want just for an early demo.

Wouldnt be too sure FF advent Children was imported allot for the demo, me included not that i could understand it...

Anyway back to topic ill give the demo ago but ive only seen god of war in action on the psp and wasnt that impressed.
