Hi Peeps,

I know how to disable the Auto suggest names from a Outlook client, I need to set this setting via a GPO. The results I get from Google is for changing this on each individual client. Has anyone managed to set this setting via a GPO?

I have added the Administrative templates in for Office 2003 and Outlook 2003. When I think I have drilled down into the correct location the option isn't there.

Any ideas?

If you know the registry value to disable this feature just create a custom ADM, import it into your GPO and use it to enable/disable the setting.

Thanks for your reply.
I managed to find the Setting in the standard .ADM file. I'll have a read up on creating a custom ADM file as it sounds it could be useful.

It's just a file that holds the registry settings/configurations - open a normal ADM in a text editor and have a look ;)
