My mate said that to me lol.

It seems to me that the supermarkets got more 360 copies available compared to PS3.
 
Got to local big name 24hr supermarket around 11.45 - there was a queue of course although I hadn't anticipated it being so big. There were probably 25 people in front of me - the store had TWELVE copies of each version of the game.

I missed my 360 copy by about 4 people, they still had 3 ps3 copies.

Unbelievable. I shouldn't have cancelled my pre-order :(
 
I think that it will be hard to get myself a copy during the day today with the number of copies the supermarkets seem to have been given.

Looks like ill be ordering online, prolly Special Edition with the fastest delivery possible. :)
 
Just got back from the rental shop on Oxford Road with the PS3 version. When I got there at 11:30 I was about 10th in the queue. When I left at 12:10 there were easily 100 peoplle queueing up. A bit mental really.

Its just preloading now.

They were selling a lot more 360 as the guy was taking notes down the queue before they sold any. I wouldn't bother now though.

One place is getting more copies on Friday.
 
Very early impressions. Very weird at first, I know I will love it in 30 mins time. But the blur effect is very strange.

Love the physics and the car handling. I know I will love this game

Lets pray i can grab a copy tomorrow morning, although i have to work 2 - 10 so cant play it till i get home :(

Cheers mate, oh well my brothers got the 360 version pre-ordered at a computer shop in Burnley town center so at least I'll be able to have a go on that tomorrow but i really wanted a copy myself :(.

better than 12! Don't do a midnight launch if you don't have a reasonable amount...

and agreed with the person talking about the kids, the person at the front of the queue was some woman with her 10 year old son..
 
And people were saying that you will easily be able to pick this game up on release day.

Glad I have my pre-order coming tomorrow.
 
Got myself a copy. The big game ;) place in Southport is tiny, and there was around 200 people there lol. They had 300 xbox and 150 ps3.
 
12 is pathetic, they must have had 40 odd copies of the 360 version at the store i went to. Not sure how many PS3 versions they had but they had sold out of them when we got there at 12. They were handing out tickets so once everybody had a ticket they were gone.
