Well that goes without saying. But if you care to look at the example given by one of the members of staff you will see they dont just want the same black frame they have around some different pictures/words. They are fully capable of thinking of that one themselves without offering us prizes.

I'm no good with graphics but all these designs all look the same and there is no originality showing through, what it needs is a complete overhaul.

There's too many tabs sending you to the same pages on the main page there is no need for that. The left column can go or it just needs moving elsewhere say underneath the seach, streched across from left to right instead of having it down the left.

What about using a clickable iframe scroll bar in this position.

I have the ideas just not the graphic capabilities to show you what I mean but I am sure the people who have these capabilities know where I am coming from.

think the general thoughts are keep the black outlined three boxes in middle . similar to what you have at top .
