Seems to be an issue with I.E. when running in compatibility mode, changing that fixed the issue.

IE6 doesn't support min-width, if you're in IE7/8 turn off compatibility mode (button next to address bar).

Work in progress, very difficult to get something nice to look at that grabs your focus in that space - it's getting into pixel art. Maybe go to a text / html solution or re-design to give more space for an image to work. Next competition maybe?

The new graphic is buggered up on some parts. Seem to be fine until the page gets up to a higher resolution, which is when they begin to show more obviously.
Changed the brightness/contrast to show them easier. Highlighted in red are the most noticeable ones.
