These will be a hard sell with the EVGA, Hale and Triathlor units all around the same/higher wattage and similar price range. I know some of the ones I linked are not modular, but if you've got so little to spend on a PSU (one of the most important components of your system!) then modular shouldn't really be included in your product decisions!
My money would go to the former 2 with that kind of low budget (have the 1kw Hale here and it's superb).
These power supplies aren't even registered with the 80PLUS certification. Even hardtechx doesn't have them registered, so you can't check their OEM.

I certainly wouldn't buy one when the certification doesn't seem to exist. Without knowing the official OEM for these, you can't be sure if that has even been correctly certified.
