Greenlizard0 Premier League Football Thread ** spoilers ** [25th - 27th February 2025]

A little later in the season and Arsenal aren’t City, but I remember Liverpool dropping a good lead twice I think, admittedly that was around Xmas time.

We’ve not won it until the trophy is in Van Dykes hands, then we can invite Klopp to the party he deserves after Covid.
Like I say, its not happening. Can be pragmatic and play it safe mentally or not tempt fate or whatever phrase anybody wants to use but its simply not happening.

Liverpool are well on course for a 90 point season, granted they may drop off a bit in the last few games if the gap is still huge but they aren't losing this from here.

I agree and whats more, that combined with the fact that Arsenal are not going to win their last 11 games is why it wont happen. Even if Liverpool did some how slip up (and I am certain they wont), Arsenal are not currently capable of doing an 11 game winning run.

If we lose him he is certainly going out on best performances possible and will be a Liverpool legend

Don’t see any one getting his numbers for a long time

Surprised Slot questioned Nunez's workrate. He always gives everything for me, might not be good enough but Ive never thought his workrate was suspect.

In the games he refered to it was below his usual very high rate. Slot does act quick if he feels players aren’t doing what he wants or feels there having a dip
