Too much mincing about. We aren't creating any clear cut chances. Just messing about on the edge of the box switching play from one side to another needlessly.

I don't really understand how it was 1 on 1 in the box, one defender against Ade..... when the attack was developing it was basically 4 or 5 on 2, then Eriksen went forwards while Soldado dropped off, everyone focused on those two and completely ignored Ade running into the box with only one defender near him.
Shocking defending, even then Adebayor was so far from goal when Eriksen actually got on to the throughball. There was more than enough time to get most of the team back in the box yet the defence did so little.

It just goes to show, cross it near your team mates head and maybe you'll get a chance to score. If someone could just explain this to valencia it would be nice.

Edit: Dreadful first half for United. I assume their game plan is to play it out wide and get crosses in to the box which begs the question why isn't Hernandez playing? Evra looks like an accident happening over and over again, Lennon's bumming him hard.
