Greetings from New York City!

Did you use London City by any chance? I was 5/10 minutes late for check-in on Monday, and they did the same thing - got me in anyway and then skipped me past all the security queues! Fantastic staff there :)

wtf are you doing posting here when on holiday?:confused:
Uh, ever heard of jetlag? What time do you think it is out here? Everyone is still asleep

Heathrow terminal 3. I was really surprised I got through so quickly. Last couple of times I flew it took a ridiculous amount of time to get through the new security.

Yesterday was pretty action packed. Did a 6.75km run in the morning up 1st, across to Central Park, down Broadway through theatre district and across to 37/3rd where I'm staying. Planning a shorter run this morning and taking the camera.

Then during the day went and saw some sights. Got the subway to the old overhead railroad then went down to the Chelsea Farmers Market and walked through that area down to the financial district. That area really reminds me of what London's east end has turned into, but a little less edgy. Really covered some miles.

Today, planning to do a shorter run with the camera, get some brunch and maybe head north. Got some more Ghostbusters stuff to find up that way :D

Ahhh I see. So you were still there 1 or 2 hours before your flight? I arrived at the London City check-in desk not much more 20 minutes before the take off time
