This is a question for the wrong person.
We need the forums to be a calm place, with serious discussions with arguments.

Not just - "Oh, he is trolling", bum and goodbye...

It's a computer web forum, not a dating chatroom.

    I don't think that's a relevant question, if you know what I mean ;)

The calm days, if they are one or two annually, can be used for other activities, such as a planned maintenance or other services :D

One or two? It's far more than that. You must be trolling.

    Prove it.

Even if it were more, they still can be used for the services!

It proves my point. There isn't a single moment in time when the yield drops to 0 :D

    |If you don't understand how a wind turbine works, why do you even bother to discuss?

The yield depends on the curve - wind speed - peak power out of the generator.

It doesn't depend on "calm" days.

fascinating r4 programme you can find on wind turbines
    - radar to detect bats (20m out) and birds (200m) and shut them down quickly when necessary
    - discussion on blade technology reducing drag

So the Queen didn't want to be part of the political Boris show - that's the narrative Id like to believe, her own women, avoid the Covid risk too.

Fun fact wind turbines produce less when it's too windy as opposed to not very windy :p

They explode pretty nicely when the brakes fail though!
