Groan at Windows and daylight saving time again...

My daily synchronisation of my documents folder with my USB stick using SyncToy just went from a few seconds to, well, it's still less than halfway through, simply because the time changed on Sunday and, for some reason, it mucked up the timestamp of all my documents...

What does that mean? "You Fail?" I know I do, but short of keeping my PC on GMT all year round how could I have prevented it?
