Grrr Just a Tad Annoyed (Petrol station / people / mirrors rant)

Evening everyone.

Well I am annoyed. Some gimp in a Audi A4 reversed into my vRS a few minutes ago in Sainsburys Petrol Station. :(

I was stopped about 3 metres behind him yet he still managed to completely miss my bright red car in all of his mirrors and go carreering into me.

Luckily my car has no damage what so ever. Gave his a nice 1 " scratch (His hit the numberplate bolt of my car first).

He got out of his car oblivious and I mean nothing behind the eyes oblivious.

At least he appologised saw they was no damage to my car and that was that.

I just don't understand how he could have missed seeing my car though.

Nope I just spent about half an hour looking over the whole front end with my dad and next door neighbour and we can't see anything. No deformation of the bumper, no scratches, no dents nothing. (from pretty much all conceivable angle).
 
watch out for an insurance claim in the post in a few days time stating that you hit somone from behind, and no I'm not joking it happened to me some dodering old cow reversed into my car at bluewater then claimed i hit her car!

i work in motor claims and i've seen it happen countless times. and without an independant witness there's nothing you can do.
 
Speak to the petrol station about video footage just incase? (tell them the situation and ask them to acheive the incident)... and be quick before the media gets recycled
