So today I am thinking of looking for new laptop and i did see these two
GS43VR 7RE PHANTOM PRO or AERO 14 (GTX 1060)?
know the
AERO 14W v7-CF2O
NVIDIA GTX 1060
NO Thunderbolt™3
USB3.1
1.8Kgs
and
GS43VR 7RE PHANTOM PRO
GeForce® GTX 1060 with 6GB GDDR5
Thunderbolt™3
USB3.1
1.8Kgs
on paper the GS43VR 7RE PHANTOM PRO has more ports but the battery life is only low 3 hours and then AERO 14W v7-CF2O has everything but Thunderbolt™3 and has 10-hour battery. I need some advice on this can anyone give me one?

The AERO.

MSI are an untrustworthy company. There is a class action suit against them in the states, read the reviews on their own facebook page (MSI UK Notebook), and there is the matter linked to in my sig.

Oh, and the AERO gets great reviews.

I went with the GS43VR 7RE PHANTOM PRO. (Had it a couple of weeks now and not regretting it)
It's such a versatile machine. With so much control over all aspects depending what your using it for at a hand full of clicks.
Near silent in "Office mode" loudest part being the 1TB hard Drive.
10K+ on 3Dmark Firestrike ain't too shabby either when you unleash the beast.
I've been on battery mode in the office this afternoon (Excel stuff) for the last 3.5 hours and still have nigh on 1.5 hours left according to the battery indicator.

Go with Intel, there have been of reports of random disconnects/issues with the bigfoot cards... That said I think people circumvented them by NOT installing the Bigfoot drivers and just running with windows ones. I also think the latest drivers have ironed out a lot of the problems. Don't quote me as I dont remember the specifics, but I remember enough to know that I've made the decision to stick to intel wifi cards wherever possible.
