GTX 460 video playback help

Hi guys me again, was just playing a couple of youtube videos and noticed the videos were playing at kinda half speed and extremely jolty? It wasnt the videos because ive tried it on loads.
And also if im watching any video on the net, if i scroll down so the video is playing but not in view, it slows right down so i can barely hear what they are saying? is this a driver issue?

Update your Flash Player and also use the official nVidia drivers?

yeh ive got the latest drivers, will try upgrading flash now and let you know cheers

Ave noticed some jerkyness on game video sites will check again for you to see if i still have the problem m8 ok

Ive changed from internet explorer to google chrome and it appears to have solved the problem. I dont know what was wrong with I.E but chrome seems to be fine.

ave not got a problem anymore since the new 260 leaked drivers

actually, no google chrome has not solved it, it is still slowing down the video by half almost every time i scroll down, im sure this is a driver issue? i have the latest drivers, are any other 460 owners having this problem??
