Guess: How much is in this piggy bank?

To help you along, I've weighed it on my kitchen scales which cut off at 2kg.

It's too heavy for the scales, they display an error.

well the new £1 coin weighs 8.75g, 2kg / 8.75 = 228.57, so its going to be more than £229 assuming the piggy is plastic and light

il say £263 :)

I wasn't going to post this till it was full - But as it is taking so long I might die before I fill it.

I have been filling one of these (1 Gallon) for years and first one broke - bottom fell out - so this is second one which I emptied on 20/12/1981 - I filled it by 11/6/2001 (must be a gap there somewhere) and it held £625 in 1p -2p -5ps - Filled it again by 20/10/2008 but this time saving 5p - 20p -£2 and there was over four figure sum - from then I have been retired so not had lot of change to go in it - that empty gap doesn't look much but I think I am talking another two years - I have only raided it for 40p - someone at door I needed to pay.

I wrote on label dates and amounts.

And it is bloody heavy.
