To my eye it looks very Japaneses, one of those retro modern copies they did/do. Have seen Harley look a likes done in this style as well.

I think someone said it looked like it could be both RHD/LHD because of the centre dials and the obvious mirror image dash. However if it's an elephant badge the thing that spring to mind straight away is the Indian car company Tata.
