If you haven't seen this, it's well worth watching. Over a 6 month period, he's tasked with rebuilding Senna's Williams test car and then racing it against Jensen Button at Silverstone. With Karun Chandhok as his mentor.

I liked it better than most of his recent stuff. Wish they could put the narrative in order though.

It was enjoyable and to see how excited he was doing the build impressed even the mechanics, makes a huge difference compared to Stroll who appeared for all of 30 seconds.

I enjoyed it, but they could have made 2 or 3 shows out of it. The engine and car rebuild could have had a show on its own.

Agree above, maybe a mini series.

I did enjoying watching this, and was MAJOR jealous at the fact he had a go on the simulator, let alone the real cars!

Yup. Could easily have been 3 or 4 shows.

Dickie Stanford is one of the guys I'd love to spend a few hours with and just pick his brain. Along with Neil Trundle of McLaren and Chris Dinnage of Classic Team Lotus.

I bet old man Judd has forgotten more about engines, than most will ever know! I didn't care much for the race at the end, it was a bit like a You Bet special.

Neither of them would get anywhere as the gear boxes would **** themselves as they got off the line

I thought it was way too superficial. Could have been spread out over three or four episodes. The race at the end was pointless.

I agree it should have been spread over a "series" with more detail, I would also loved to have seen Jensen on a motorbike against Guy with a more "meaningful" race even if they'd done Formula 3 or something (I can understand them not waiting to "prang" such iconic F1 cars)

It was a missed opportunity as it really could have been something special, both Guy and and Jensen come across a really top blokes.
