Guys, just had a weird pop up viewing the forums!? Anyone else!?

I just had a popup come through whilst viewing the boards saying "Do I worry about spam...blah, blah".

In the bottom left corner of the small IE window it said 'Don'

just thought i'd let you know!

Yeast hurts my eyes

(At least I think it was. Looked into the air vent of a bread maker, eyes hurt for ages, not simply a "I'm hot" pain either)
