Gygabyte Geforce GTX 1080ti Gaming OC Black 11G - RGB FAN?

I am about to RMA my GPU because I could swear to God that there was LEDS around the FANs first time I turned it on, and later it never show up again.

Am I completely wrong ? Does it have RGB leds in or around the FANS?

The "GYGABYTE" brand lights up fine, but there is no LEDs anywhere else in the GPU. Is this correct for this model?

I appreciate any response specially from someone who owns one of this, please.

Yes, it does and it works for the "GYGABYTE" leds. But the question is, what LEDS are there in the GPU? I am concerned that my GPU is faulty.
