Thankfully no. Every time you complete a level, it records it. You could play them back to front over the course of a few years if you wanted to and still get the achievement.

sorry I've not been about this week. combination of work & being ill has totally screwed up my gaming this week so far. Friday & saturday is no good for me though, probably going out. But sunday nights cool with me if you need a player. either halo 3 or ODST, not fussed tbh
