Its not a proper preload. its a very small file on MS store. Happened a few times for me, outerworld had a small 10mb file you could download in advance and even wasteland 3 out next year lets me do a tiny preload.

Ah, I got it through Steam, that's annoying. But I can't imagine it being a huge download. Thanks all!
Sometimes they put up early so maybe earlier than then with MS you never know sometimes its later as well!!Says 18:00 so 6PM tomorrow for me

Well, Steam said 22 hours for me earlier. So I'd expect it to be 6pm GM tomorrow.

This is supposed to be launching with a load of issues Inc support for uncapped frames, if it's not ready why launch it?

yeah I heard about that but it doesn’t matter when you pay £1 to play on Game Pass!
Last i heard they have implimented uncapped framerate successfully.
The MCC hub will be included if you buy them separately.

Genuinely don't care right now! Waiting for 6PM to download. Not really too fussed about Reach, more in it for 2,3 and a bit of 4. Hope the nostalgia value is lived up to and made better with shiny graphics.

That's not what I read but would prefer to believe your info if true, if my pc is going to run a game at 144hz for once it might as well be a 15 year old one

Yeah baby cannot believe MS allow us to play this & all the other games for so little money either! About time MS gave something good back to PC gaming why buy from elsewhere its all using the same Xbox Live backend anyway!

I just want rid of the bloody folders on my games drive.
I'm 4 SSD's and have them for dedicated purposes, so have Halo installing to my games drive SSD and it's made about 5 directories.
