Hand Pump Pressure Washer

Anyone ever used one of these?

Now i'm not looking for a pressure washer or anything like that, it's basically in place of a hose pipe, as i have no access to one. Due to living in a first floor appartment, with no outdoor taps.

Pressure – 0.4 MPa or 58.01 psi

Your mileage is going to be rather limited by that. Light dirt perhaps but nothing more.

It's basically instead of a hose pipe, so will be used for wetting the car and moving any lose dirt, before appling a soapy sponge, then it'll be used for washing off the soap.

I know it's not ideal and it'll not replace a proper pressure washer. Just wondered if anyone had used one of these before. No idea how powerful 58 psi would be, few of the reviewers say they used it to wash first floor windows???

I have a cheapo Karcher and it puts out ~10MPa which is 20 times as much and it's alright for surface dirt but that's it.

To give you an idea my jetwash is 150bar or 2100psi. They must have been hanging out of the first floor window !

58.01 pounds per square inch = 3.99964871 bar (thank you Google)

Even the cheapest pressure washer at halfords is 70 bar

Mains water pressure is around 3 bar on average (obviously varies with region and time of day).

Looks ok actually. I'd consider one to rinse the car if we ever have a hose pipe ban again.
