Pint of water before bed and open a can of coke but don't drink it, leave it in the fridge overnight.

Drink it in the morning and it works every time for me.

how can you remember to do that, some how i made it into bed with a coffee!! for some reason! now my bed is wet and stained brown....... and yes it smells of cold coffee... i did panic when i woke up!

get to burger king for a whopper meal, then to a nearby boots for a bottle of evian and a sachet of their "headache and upset stomach relief"

I enjoy a good old trip down to our on campus resturant for a full english breakfast. Mmmmm now that really DOES help :)

Failing that a trip to the vending machine with 10 £1 coins, and returning with arms laden with crisps chocolate and various drinks.

I have no idea why this works for me, surely it should just make me feel worse? :p

anything or combination with

sugar, salt, fat and plenty of water..

A hangover is the result of dehydration.
Alchole leaves you with dropped blood sugar levels in the morning, hence the sugar.
your salt levels are depleted due to going to the bathroom to often.
and you need fat as your stomach is now to acidic.

There's a car boot sale just down the road and i've just purchased a rather healthy breakfast roll ( bacon, eggs sausages and mushrooms-all fried in well used oil ) from the mobile health food van.

As for the time, i have spent the hour i "gained" changing the 26 watches, alarm clocks, wall clocks,CH timer, cooker and mobile phone etc back an hour.

This took an hour so i have gained nothing :D
