hangover cures/what time is it

anyone recommend a good un that doesnt require much in the way of effort?

as a follow on to my "steaming" thread last night i now have the worst hang over ever. (damn i'm getting to old for this drinking malarkey

and can anyone tell me what the time is i dont know if i changed my clocks or not
