Hard Mouse Mat - I've had a Revelation

Always hated mouse mats , I tend to push them to one side and just use the top.

Just got Razer Sphex V2 ( Mini Ultra Thin Polycarbonate ) and it's been an immediate revelation , i'm now throwing the mouse pointer off the screen by accident.

Using the bare top now drags and feel horrid , amazing what you get used too and put up with...

Yeah i know what ya mean, i've been using an IceMat since bout 2002. everyone else who uses it says its wierd using a hard and noisey mouse mat but i couldnt imagine using anything else now. The best thing about a hard mouse mat is they dont wear out like the soft one, my Icemat still looks exactly the same as the day i bought it.

Not sure how long a thin hard mat will last but i'd gladly buy another , I can't think of any other computer item that has immediately changed my mind after the first use.
