After my first attempt at tube cutting didn’t go so well(couldn’t get it straight for the life of me) I decided to buy a mini circular saw, **** me it make it so much easier to work with acrylic and made hardlineing my system a breeze

this is the saw I bought

Used them on copper pipe and plastic pipe
Thought they would work on acrylic
Maybe the user overtightened
And tried to do it too quickly
Or acrylic is just too brittle maybe

The acrylic is just too brittle for one of those, I`ve even shattered one with my Primochil deburring tool after getting a bit too carried away.

as others mentioned yep.. acrylic is too brittle to use one of those tools.. only way is hacksaw or a rfb drillbit or in this case a mini saw. Dremel will work too but i've had hit and miss in terms of smoothness with that

Hacksaw and deburring tool, i've always used this and never had an issue tbh. Just gotta learn to saw straight, it is finnicky but definitely doable.
