Has anyone migrated FreeNAS onto new hardware ?

looking at moving my FreeNAS install onto a new server - ideally taking config and data on the drives with me.

I don't suppose I could simply plug the drives and USB stick FreeNAS is installed on and it will just .... work ?

Should work, Just move your USB boot drive into the new mobo with drives attached, It should find your pools and work. I changed mobo and everything just worked as before.

When you say you changed mobo was that just a replacement of the same model, or a totally different board
