Guys I had one wart on my finger that i could never get rid of, now its spreaded to other fingers and I have 5

been using 50% sylacilic(sp?) acid for the past few months but I cant seem to kill the root, it just peels off a layer then grows back within a few days, now the surrounding skin has become very red and sore, i dont want to use this stuff anymore.

My GP and a private consultant tried liquid freezing and it got rid of one on my palm, but the rest of them remain.

Has anyone bought anything online that was succesfull?

I'm actually getting desperate now and considering cutting them off myself

I kept cutting mine off and it grew back every time :/

I got industrial thinner on my hands not long ago and the wart went pretty much over night.

That or get a razor blade and scalpel and cut deep enough to remove all trace then dip hand in pure ethanol and bleach.

Go to the doctor and have them removed properly?

may aswell use napalm or get everyone at the local pub to stab ciggys out on the wart

i had 2 big ones a few years back and use that freezing stuff "wartner" or something like that 2 times a day for 2 days and after 4/5 days i just went away.

I held it on it for longer than you were supposed to to get to the root.

Yep I've got rid of several with the freezing things you can buy off the shelf. They say don't put them on the wart for more than about 30 secs but if you hold it on for about 2 mins, let the skin thaw and then do the same again then it will kill it eventually. It will blister the skin and be painful but when the top layers come off, just repeat the process until you get it all.

You can also try and get someone to dig it out of you hand with something before te freezing, which makes it much easier.

hmm, i might do this straight after cutting as deep as i can, hopefully that will get as close to the root as possible

I tried wartner too. Applied it about 4 times, even though it says 1 treatment and says it would go within 2 weeks, but it doesnt.

What I did was put the applicator on it for longer then said like KennySevenFolds said, then after a few days you can see it builds a new layer, scrape that layer off so its bare and looks like flesh rather then hard, then leave it and dont touch it. Then after a few days or weeks I applied the Wartner thing on it again same process it might go red/sore, or scar like. Mine is now gone and healed and you cant see were the wart was (it was on my wrist bone)

I wouldnt apply it too often otherwise you might actually damage the skin tissues and actually leave a scar mark.

I used to have one on the bit of skin between your finger and thumb when I was about 13. I bit it off a couple of times and it seemed to get the message and never came back after the 2nd time. wouldn't recommend this though, see you gp and they'll point you in the right direction.

I used to have TONS as a kid. All at least 5-6 on each hand.

They all kind of disappeared as puberty began, thank goodness.

Had one or two hint at starting (pretty sensitive to how they look now) since then but have basically attacked them relentlessly with my teeth and I thing I managed to kill them before the roots took hold.

They absolutely suck, I really feel for you - but I do think sometimes nature takes its course and they just go... Until then, unleash hell on those muthas!
