Has my Zalman 9700 been used? (Pics inside)

I just recieved my cooler brand new from an e-tailer.

It looks new, but has it been used before?

Any chance of posting you thoughts on it please. (couple of pics as well
would be magic)

Stuck between this and the tuniq - I find the Zalman nicer to look at and
the LED Fan would work well within my case.

but all the reveiws seen to rate the Tuniq as the better cooler.

I'm gonna have to put off this mini review for a while.

Firstly my dad's in Intensive Care, I haven't got much time/brain to do so. Secondly the temps have been stupidly weird. I'm going to have to resit the heatsink. Lets just say It's 20 degrees cooler than my previous temps though
