Having problems with 2nd hand Keyboard

So i bought a Year of the Monkey ducky keyboard of Space Monkey from MM

Seems great perfect condition and well looked after really happy.

So the problem is that the ESC, F1, F2 and F3 are not working.

i got it working last night by putting the num lock on (i dont know if that was really what made it work) but tryed again this morning and same keys not working?

Sounds like a problem on the board. maybe take a look inside? Or maybe the cable, although unlikely, it would be a common point of failure. Wiggle it around at the connector.
