Sent a webnote to OCUK, they replied telling me to deal with Hazro direct so I did.
5UB has said a few posts up that OCUK will deal with it so I will contact them again if I don't get a reply soon.
It really should not be up to OCUK to do so Hazro should sort it but at the end of the day the customer should get the matter resolved one way or another.
