I have just bought the new airport extreme basestation and will be hooking up my printer and hard drives to it. I have 2 sata 3.5 inch hds and 1 IDE hd that I want to hook up. What is going to be the best way to do this and what external caddies would people recommend for this. Looking to do it as cheap as possible as the basestation cost plenty on its own ;)

I bought an external self powered 2.5" caddy from eBay for a fiver to use with my AE. It might be worth looking there. I'd imagine that pretty much any caddy/enclosure will do the job.

Think I missed a few little things out. As I understand it, the airport extreme only has 1 usb port so I will have to split that at any rate but all the drives are 3.5". Ideally I would like to keep the 3 drives in the same caddy but I reckon thats a bit of a big ask. Keeping the 2 sata together would be the fallback, with the other IDE in its own caddy. Any caddies that do this that dont cost the earth?
