HDD failing, need help copying partion to new hdd

Got a F1 1TB hdd failing on me
bought a F3 1TB hdd to replace it with.

how do i copy the partion from the failing hdd with OS intact to the new HDD and keep it bootable ?

would acronis true hdd image work ?

Acronis Trueimage is ideal for doing this, providing your HDD doesn't fail during the copy.

Acronis has a clone tool in it so you can do it directly.
